Alex joined KeyStone in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, after a sixteen year career in Sales & Trading at JPMorgan. Alex is a passionate believer in facilitating social mobility and equal opportunity. During his time at JPMorgan he was divisional lead for the Aspiring Professionals Programme run in conjunction with the Social Mobility Foundation, mentored with the Sutton Trust and brought degree apprentices into the Front Office team.

Alex is leading KeyStone’s engagement with local authorities and specialist partners, and has been responsible for developing KeyStone’s property operating model via our Community Interest Company. Alex is also an Ambassador for the AFC Wimbledon Foundation; championing local, community-based support which is a core part of the KeyStone approach.
